Perkembangan teknologi juga sangat pesat didalam bidang kesehatan yang dapat membantu seorang dokter dalam pemeriksaan pasien. Salah satu adalah uji Step Test Havard. Dimana Havard untuk menguji tingkat kesegaran atau kebugaran jasmani paru dan jantung dengan naik turun pada media setinggi 50 cm selama 5 menit rata-rata 30 langkah per menit. arduino akan dirancang menghitung jumlah waktu ditampilkan LCD. saat ini pencatatan dilakukan konvensional manual. Dengan melakukan pengujian sebanyak (lima) kali rangkaian berkerja sesuai diperintahkan, sensor menerima data kemudian di olah mikrokontroler lalu LCD.Pada simulasi bangku Harvard step test menggunakan solidworks didapatkan hasil upper bound axial and bending stress nilai maksimal displacement
